Bosnia’s federal court and prosecution.

The US has started moves to de-naturalize a Bosnian on suspicion that he obtained US citizenship by fraud.

The move was announced by US Immigration and Customs Enforcement, ICE, and the US Justice Department on Thursday and is being investigated by the Homeland Security department.

Eso Razic, from Bosnia and Herzegovina, allegedly concealed his participation in paramilitary organizations during the Balkan conflicts of the 1990s.

The US alleges that as a member of such organizations, he participated in the extrajudicial killing of three people, including a wounded prisoner of war and then.

The complaint alleges that Razic fraudulently obtained his immigration status by misrepresenting and concealing his membership in and conduct with these groups.

Bosnian officials have not yet confirmed the information.

Rasic was admitted to the United States as a refugee in 1998 and became a citizen in 2004 on the basis of his permanent residency, according to court documents filed in court in the Northern District of Iowa.

While serving in the Croatian Defence Council, HVO, in 1993, Razic and six others reportedly turned on their comrades, killing two of them and capturing another two, one of whom was later released. He apparently worked in the US as a truck driver.

Asked on immigration forms whether he had ever engaged in genocide or killed anyone because of the person’s political affiliation or religion, Razic answered “No.”

Since 2003, the ICE has arrested more than 395 individuals for human rights-related violations of the law under various criminal and/or immigration statutes. During that same period, ICE obtained deportation orders against and physically removed 835 known or suspected human rights violators from the United States.
