Dynamic Reds successfully defended their title in the Vodafone Fiji Cup final, emerging victorious with a 37-21 win over Zodiac Wyverns.

Head coach Jordon Dokonivalu commended the team for their exceptional performance in the final, highlighting their teamwork and impressive combination on court.
“The girls really did their best in the final, showed teamwork and our combinations was really on point,” said Dokonivalu.
Despite the challenges of balancing training with their academic commitments as students, the players demonstrated dedication and determination throughout the competition.
“The challenge coming in to the competition is most of the girls are students, so we had to find time for everyone to train,” Dokonivalu added.
After a three-year hiatus, the team’s victory in the Fiji Cup holds special significance, showcasing their resilience and hard work.
Dokonivalu emphasised the team’s focus on taking each game as it comes, ultimately leading to their well-deserved win in the final.
Looking ahead, the team has set their sights on representing Fiji in the upcoming Mini Games in Palau, with aspirations of making the national team roster.
The win was dedicated to their loyal supporters in Raiwaqa, as well as their families and friends who have been a source of encouragement throughout their journey.
